Abstract

Investment in labor force is the most important factor in long and sustainable development. Many of socialist economists believe that the reason of economic and society problems is unsuitable education in Iranian schools . In this research, we surrey and analysis the effect of education of teachers and education technology on efficency of staffs in selected boys high schools of Tehran province. In order to do this research, We would like use eight indox of education and technology of education on efficiency of staffs,but finally we have to use two scenarios because of the lack of in formation and data . we have information of 15 boys high school in zoon-2 in Tehran province. The first scenario survey the effect of education of staff on their efficiency and in second scenario, we survey the effect of education technology on staff efficiency. The data which have been used in first scenario (the effect of education of staff on their efficiency) are: the quantity of teachers to the quantity of student (SMD), average of yars teachers experience (MSKM), average advancement of students (MPTD) and the data which have been used in second scenario (the effect of education technology on staff efficiency) are: the quantity of books to student (SKD), the area of laboratory per student (SMA) and the quantity of computers to the quantity of student (MDO). The outputs of two scenarios are the average of specialized lessons (MDE) and the average of general lessens (MDO). The results show that there is not any significant relation ship between educational and technical education in dexes and degree of efficiency in Tehrans boys high schools at two analyses methods (CCR and BCC). Therefore, the hypothesis of the positive relationship between educational has been rejected,so, we can say this hypothesis is necessary but not sufficient to high efficiency. In other words, there are others factors such as: the quality of management,quality of teaching,the geographical position of school in zoon-2 affected on efficiency in Tehrans boys high school.
